Is it beginner friendly?


Yes. Our structured group circuit classes are for people of all fitness levels. Our experienced instructors provide modifications and progressions throughout the workout so everyone can train at their own pace.

What should I bring?



We recommend bringing comfortable workout clothes, indoor training shoes and a positive energy! Towels and water is provided on-site.


How long is a session?




Sessions last approximately 45 to 60 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down periods.
