Coach Adam is a certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. Coming from a CrossFit background, his personal fitness journey as part of this community served as a strong foundation that would eventually motivate his decision to pursue a career in the fitness industry full-time. He gained several years of experience working in different gyms across Montreal. It is when the COVID pandemic hit that he suddenly felt called to use both his acquired knowledge and passion for helping people as a motive to start running bootcamp workouts in the park. What began as a simple initiative became a much bigger sensation attracting a mountain number of participants. As he built a following with the rising popularity of his workouts, the next big step to open his own gym became more and more clear; it is out of this Circuit16 was born.
